As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance or information regarding our services. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently address customer inquiries, resolve problems, and provide accurate information in a professional and courteous manner. You will utilize excellent communication skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities to ensure satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with our patients.
Hours of Operation: 8:00am – 5:00pm CST
Schedule: Monday-Friday

As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver top-notch care for everyone, regardless of size. Your primary duty will be to act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every inquiry is met with professionalism and warmth. You will handle incoming and outbound calls, clarify customer needs, and resolve issues with empathetic problem-solving skills—making sure our patients feel supported and understood. Working 8:00 am-5:00 pm CST from the comfort of your home, you’ll collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. Previous customer service experience is a plus, and you’ll need familiarity with electronic health record systems—especially Athena. Compensation ranges from $20 to $22 per hour, accompanied by a fantastic benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, a 401k match, and generous PTO.
