The Innovation Project Coordinator within Investor Services’ innovation team is responsible for collaborating with senior executives to develop and coordinate various initiatives across the organization. The innovation team is responsible for the generation of ideas using market back research as well as running the concept development cycle for those ideas that preliminarily satisfy business requirements. The concept development process follows the agile methodology, and the business management analyst is tasked with administrating the agile rituals, suggesting and implementing process improvements, tracking deliverables, producing retrospective/feedback summaries and suggesting/tracking training modules to support the team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: preparation of meeting materials, coordination of various meeting forums including agenda preparation and material distribution (sprint kick offs and close outs, daily stand ups, etc.), incorporation of feedback in materials through revision sessions, production of reporting and coordinating various initiatives across the organization. The Innovation Project Coordinator will also provide some administrative support for the organization (including but not limited to: coordination of meetings, ISM/system access, travel plans, ordering of supplies and equipment).
