Sales Team Lead

Visio Digital Partner is a digital agency offering the full-scope of digital marketing services: digital advertising, web and e-commerce development, SEO, UX/UI, brand identity, and more. We partner with the industry's leading platforms (Meta, Google, ShopifyTikTok, Klaviyo, & Amazon, to name a few) and leverage the power of data analysis to boost reach and visibility, transform leads into customers, and ultimately scale e-commerce results for our global clients. To continue driving our mission forward, we are looking for a Sales Team Lead to join our team.

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF

  • Market Analysis: conduct market analysis to identify trends, monitor competitors, and proactively adapt sales strategies;

  • Business Opportunity Development: identify and develop new business opportunities, both in terms of new clients and cross-selling/up-selling with existing clients;

  • Sales Strategy Development: define and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives to promote the company's digital marketing services;

  • Client Relationship Management: develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are understood and met;

  • Commercial Proposal Development: Prepare and present customized sales proposals and offers for potential and existing clients.

  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze the sales team’s performance through key KPIs and sales reports.

  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation campaigns to generate qualified leads.

  • Corporate Promotional Activities: Represent the company's image and promote our products by participating in global events and trade fairs.

  • Sales Team Creation and Development: Train, motivate, and manage a team to ensure high performance.

 

WHAT WE WISH YOU’D BRING WITH

  • Degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication, or similar fields;

  • At least 4-6 years of experience in the role, preferably in digital sector companies;

  • Experience in contract closing with a deal value of 100K+;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

  • Broad knowledge of the English language (B2/C1);

  • Negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills;

  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools;

  • Networking skills and relationship building expertise.
