Performance Technologies is on the lookout for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in Cyprus. In this exciting role, you'll have the opportunity to drive growth and expand our influence in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) market. Your main mission will involve building robust relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities. You'll be conducting market research to get a feel for the landscape, developing strategic plans aimed at achieving our sales targets, and engaging with potential clients to understand their needs, providing them tailored solutions that highlight our portfolio. Working remotely at first, you’ll collaborate closely with our innovative Athens-based team, ensuring client satisfaction and pursuing growth across various sectors. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting proposals, maintaining accurate records of all business development activities, and you’ll get to represent Performance Technologies at networking events and industry conferences. With a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Marketing and at least 5 years of experience in the tech industry, including a proven track record of achieving sales goals, you'll bring your strong understanding of IT trends and exceptional communication skills in both Greek and English to this role.
