We are looking for a strategic & experienced product manager who will be scaling our Spend & Expense (S&E) i.e., BILL Divvy Cards products and integrated issuance platform. This is a dynamic, high-visibility team responsible for growing, scaling, and improving the capabilities for S&E cards - a strategically impactful product for BILL.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the S&E issuance platform roadmap bringing reliability & resiliency to all payments and new card product offerings to grow the business
  • Enhance issuing platform capabilities across BILL Cards. Own roadmap and key initiatives across our platform to improve how we issue cards and manage transactions over the card networks.
  • Partner closely with engineers, designers, product marketing, sales, business operations, customer success, customer support, risk, and finance to ensure our customers are at the center of everything we build and that they’re delighted by our work
  • Be a thought leader on our Issuing platforms and products, with a deep understanding of how the interplay between issuing processors, issuing banks, and card networks functions, knowledge of various card classifications and economic structures, and most importantly, how BILL card products fit within that ecosystem.
  • Focus on Business Outcomes. Cut through the complexity of card programs to identify opportunities for enhanced economic efficiencies across the issuing P&L.
  • Gather feedback from Ops and CX teams to uncover customer pain points and work to improve platform capabilities/ experience and support development of new features to further optimize the experience 
  • Interact effectively with senior leaders presenting insights and strategies that drive our company’s objectives

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in fintech or a payments related industry
  • Knowledge of the card payments ecosystem, including key players, products, and economics
  • Experience at an issuing processor or card network a plus
  • Track record of experimenting and successfully launching at scale
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication with a diverse stakeholder audience
  • Very good at influencing leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners
  • Solid technical chops that allow you to have in depth technical discussions and opinions 
  • Excellent at identifying and prioritizing high impact initiatives
  • Experience managing technical software products from kick-off to post-launch
  • The ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans

 

The estimated salary  range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role.  Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

San Jose pay range
$140,000$168,000 USD

The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL’s bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

Draper UT pay range
$119,000$142,800 USD
