Booster is looking for a Northern California Program Leader to manage school fundraising programs, lead a team, and engage students in a high-energy environment.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include program leadership, event management, team leadership, student engagement, and client care to ensure successful fundraising experiences.
Skills: Candidates should be licensed drivers with reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 45 lbs, engage effectively with team members and students, and communicate well with clients.
Qualifications: Full-day availability during weekdays from 7 am to 4 pm is required, along with passing background and vehicle checks.
Location: This position is based in the Bay Area, USA and does not require remote work.
Compensation: $45000 - $47500 / Annually
