About the team:  Our team is in charge of implementation of SAP CRM solution for Bosch Power Tools across different countries and regions. We would like to empower PT business users to understand the needs of users, to engage with them make in intelligent, personalized and atomized way while making the the best of SAP Marketing Cloud solution. Job Description

 You will work with technical department on: 

► Translating business related requirements into technical development tasks. 
► Improving existing SAP Marketing Cloud functionalities through implementation of technical requirements and bug fixing processes. 
► Developing new SAP Marketing Cloud functionalities in order to further automate and improve customer journey experience. 
► Integrating, testing and improving data sources/interfaces in order to generate new marketable consumers as well as to enrich existing data base. 
► Importing third party data through manual and automated uploads into SAP Marketing Cloud. 
► Maintaining a healthy domain by monitoring sender reputation metrics. 
► Standardizing and documenting SAP Marketing Cloud processes. 

You will work with Power Tools Business units on: 

► Identifying and understanding Marketing CRM related business requirements. 
► Consulting and communicating with sales and marketing department on planning and executing digital omnichannel marketing campaigns (Email, SMS, Push notifications, etc.) 
► You will deliver general Marketing Cloud solution trainings for other colleagues worldwide. 
► Creation of reports that will serve as the base for campaign success, customer profiling and strategic decision making (KPI, number of marketable consumers, structure of registered products, etc.).

Qualifications

► Bachelor or Master degree (Business Administration, Computer Science, IT or similar). 
► Experience in IT industry above 3 years (i.e. implementation of software solution) 
► Experience with CRM Marketing applications (i.e. SAP, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar). 
► Experience with system integration applications (i.e. SAP Integration Suite (CPI), Microsoft Azure or similar) is a plus, but not required. 
► Knowledge of Atlassian (i.e. JIRA and Docupedia) or other project management tools will be considered as an advantage. 

► Experience in working across multiple teams and handling multiple stakeholders is appreciated. 
► Logical and systematic thinking. 
► Great communication and presentation skills (Including English).
