Bosch offers an exceptional Rotational Development Program (RDP) tailored for Bachelor's and Master's candidates. This 24-month, entry-level rotational program is designed to provide professional and leadership opportunities within the Home Comfort (HC) division. The RDP consists of four customized rotations, allowing you to gain extensive experience working with diverse teams and environments. Additionally, you will be paired with an executive mentor for professional coaching and career guidance, as well as a peer mentor to help you navigate the program. You will also have the chance to participate in structured networking events and targeted training to enhance your leadership exposure

Job Description

We're looking for a bright, enthusiastic individual to join our finance team! You'll be diving into the world of finance and supply chain, learning the ropes, and contributing to our team's success. This role is all about learning, growing, and making a real impact, whether you're analyzing data, assisting with financial planning, or helping to ensure our operations run smoothly. 

Job Responsibilities:

Learning the Finance Game:

  • You'll be immersed in the world of finance, learning about budgets, financial statements, and all the cool tools we use to manage our money.

Data Detective:

  • You'll be helping us analyze financial data, identify trends, and uncover insights that can help us make better decisions.

Project Support:

  • You'll be assisting with various finance projects, from preparing reports to conducting research, and gaining valuable experience along the way.

Team Collaboration:

  • You'll be a team player, working closely with colleagues across departments, building relationships, and contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment. 

Logistics Coordination:

  • You'll be the maestro of our logistics, coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, and resolving any hiccups along the way, ensuring a seamless flow of goods. 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or similar discipline. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Growth Mindset 
  • Geographic flexibility is a must for participants in the Rotational Development Program, as rotations may take place at different locations within the United States, and there is a possibility of international assignments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strongly prefer SAP and automation software experience (Alteryx, Automation Anywhere, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of financial analysis and accounting procedures and knowledge of how other departments impact the company's financials.
  • Hyperion Financial Management & Business Warehouse knowledge a plus.
  • Ability to understand/solve complex issues, summarize and provide accurate advice required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills (both written and oral).
  • Self-motivation, proactive and resourcefulness with the ability to apply a high level of attention
