Botpress is on the lookout for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist who loves to build teams and connect with exceptional talent. In this role at Botpress, you’ll own the complete recruitment process, from sourcing to closing, while developing creative strategies to attract top candidates. Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements will be key, as will ensuring that the hiring experience is smooth and transparent from start to finish. You’ll track important recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process, all while promoting Botpress's employer brand through engaging social media and meaningful partnerships. With at least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition and a knack for both technical and non-technical roles, you'll be using your strong sourcing skills and knowledge of applicant tracking systems to bring in the best talent.
