As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) at Brave Health, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality outpatient mental health services through our innovative telehealth program. You will engage with clients to assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. To qualify for the Licensed Master Social Worker position at Brave Health, you need to hold a master's level degree in social work and possess a valid LMSW license in New York. In addition, applicants must be eligible to work in the United States and have a home workspace that ensures confidentiality and adheres to patient safety requirements. Fluency in Spanish is preferred, while proficiency in other languages is a valuable plus.

The compensation for Licensed Master Social Workers at Brave Health ranges from $63k to $66k annually, depending on experience. Additionally, we value bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, and offer additional compensation for those abilities.
