Education and Development Specialist (Hybrid)

Step into a role as a Senior Education & Development Specialist at Bright Horizons, where you will contribute to or own components of department wide projects, partnerships, and communications; research, develop, write and/or revise parenting education and curriculum materials; support project management and execution of sponsorships and conferences.

Responsibilities:

  • Uphold our mission, culture, and values to ensure an inclusive environment and strong relationships with families, staff, and clients 

  • Contribute to and lead significant pieces of partnership projects with external or internal partners.

  • Contribute to curriculum and education related projects.

  • Project management - effectively support and manage project meeting and reporting tools to ensure all deadlines are met.

  • Liaise with procurement team to manage Education and Development material requests/reviews.

  • Work closely with team leadership to support and project manage external sponsorships and events

  • General Shared Services responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, event management, or closely related field - Required

  • 3 years experience in project management, communication, and event production – Required

  • Must have high level writing and editing skills, as well as technology and design skills.

  • Quick learner, flexible skillset, ability to manage multiple projects at once, strong communicator.

  • Skilled in MS office.

  • Excellent organization skills with experience in project management.

Salary/Hourly Rate and Other Compensation Disclosures:

The annual starting salary for this position is between $62,000 – 68,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors
