Overview:
Bumble Inc. is looking for a Critical Response Specialist to join our Trust Operations team. We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on candidate who thrives in a cross-functional environment and is excited to support the evolution of our Trust Operations team.
In this position, you will be responsible for investigating and responding to severe harms and managing requests from government authorities, law enforcement, and NGOs. This role will also provide crucial support in responding to complex and sensitive crisis escalations. A successful candidate is willing and able to work with sensitive content, such as child exploitation, graphic physical or sexual violence, suicide/self-harm, and other material considered to be offensive or disturbing.

This role is a hybrid role and will be based in Austin, Texas, USA, reporting to the Critical Response Manager.
