As strategic, creative and agile partners and storytellers, the Public Affairs and Global Communications team develops, implements, and executes internal and external communications strategies that proactively contribute to the company’ success, engage and connect employees, strengthen the reputation of CAE and its brand and propel our tech evolution.
The role we are offering you: Working hand in hand with cross-functional teams, you will have the opportunity to lead and support different corporate brand projects, both external and internal.
Are you ready to:
Be accountable for our corporate brand within the company, championing the brand internally and externally, ensuring that all departments and employees understand and support the brand’s vision, positioning, identity, and messaging.
Be the guardian of CAE’s corporate brand, including official branding guidelines and usages standard:
Accountable for updating brand standards as needed and communicating changes to stakeholders.
Responsible for reviewing creative assets and ensuring alignment with our branding guidelines and business objectives.
Responsible for updating official brand tools, including our corporate presentation, corporate video, Office templates, electronic signatures, as well as the brand page on the intranet.
Manage inquiries and act as the initial point of contact for brand-related questions:
Educate and provide consultation to internal stakeholders on brand standards, guidelines, and visual identity best practices.
Work closely with teams in different regions to ensure quality and consistency of the brand experience on a global scale.
Collaborate with marketing teams to strengthen brand leadership across strategic segments and markets to achieve results.
Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies as needed to support brand initiatives.
Collaborate with intellectual property and legal teams for trademark and copyright protection, brand guidelines, and compliance.
Lead special corporate initiatives, including end-of-fiscal-year video, corporate boutique, digital business cards tool, corporate events, and logistics support.
Provide strategic communications counsel to internal customers for their employee and external communications.
Develop and implement communications strategies to enhance CAE’s reputation and support corporate events.
Our ideal candidate has:
A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing Communications, or a related discipline.
3-10 years’ experience in corporate or marketing communications.
Bilingual with excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills in English and French.
Strategic, customer-focused mindset.
Experience in communications planning and project management.
Ability to manage simultaneous projects and meet strict deadlines.
Strong organizational skills, sense of autonomy, and self-discipline.
Ability to show initiative, autonomy, and creativity.

As a Senior Advisor in Global Communications – Brand Management at CAE, you'll be stepping into a dynamic role that truly makes a difference!
