Responsibilities

  • Engage with cardholders to advise on card transaction queries
  • Evaluate dispute claims to establish chargeback rights
  • Investigate the information supplied by the cardholder
  • Compile information and prepare cases for raising a chargeback
  • Create Chargeback Disputes for UK and US in line with Visa’s timeframes and regulations
  • Stay updated with Visa Core Rules & Visa Product Services Rules
