Job Description

This role is reporting to the Sales Support Team Lead. It is a full-time role, with a hybrid work arrangement (on as per need basis).

Operational :

  • Process deals created by the sales team and process user purchases
  • Perform verfications on deals (requirements and payment provided)
  • Manage commercial account manager concerns
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for requests provided by the sales team (bugs, trade materials, SKU requests)
  • Accountable for operational commercial projects/tests required by the commercial verticals
  • Manage sales CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • Monitor and remind clients with recurring payments and help collect if necessary
  • Perform outbound calls to ensure customer success
  • Check market standing via liquidity test
  • Support Philippine market

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years in College/University in business areas such as management, marketing, or economics or IT related courses
  • Experience with CRM or subscription management tool (Salesforce, Base, Chargebee, etc.) is preferred
  • Familiarity with MS Excel functions (pivot, vlookup, etc) and Google products is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Filipino
  • Ability to be flexible, problem-solve, and wear multiple hats in a start-up and multicultural environment
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex technical issues- Strong attention to details and desire to follow procedures
  • High level of integrity, honesty, and judgement;
  • Diligence and discipline in work ethics
  • Willing to work on a weekend or holiday if necessary
  • Can work on a project-basis (6-months), under a third-party agency
