We’re searching for technology visionaries (Crew Tech Leads) to cultivate innovation in our Search & Find Crew within the Home Buying Domain. A high-visibility position where you’ll shape the future of our customer acquisition funnel building innovative experiences across AdTech and MarTech ecosystems, impacting millions of customers.
What you’ll be doing
Reporting directly to the Technology Lead (GM), you’ll orchestrate our suite of discovery tools – from paid media to website traffic, to calculators to property insights – ensuring they evolve with changing customer needs while maintaining a cohesive technical foundation.
• Your work will directly impact customer acquisition, satisfaction, and business growth while transforming how we build and deliver technology
• Guide a high-performing engineering team in creating seamless hyper-personalised customer journeys across the home buying discovery phase
• Bridge product and technology strategies as a part of a dynamic leadership trio alongside the Crew Lead and Designer
• Steer engineering transformation by implementing modern practices including DevSecOps, shift-left testing, and continuous delivery as a part of our journey to full-cycle engineering
• Identify patterns and connections across complex systems to unlock innovative solutions others might miss
• Architect and oversee our digital ecosystem of customer discovery tools that empower home buyers at every step of their journey
What you’ll bring:
• Expertise in ad, marketing and analytics technologies (ideally Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, and GA4/Floodlight)
• Product engineering background, with a passion for technology and customer-centric solutions
• Highly experienced in data pipelines and paid media models
• Understanding of AI/ GenAI / Agentic AI technologies and their application in sales funnels
• Technical vision that balances innovation with pragmatic delivery
• Proven ability to influence and align diverse stakeholder’s around technical vision
• Experience nurturing and guiding engineering teams in agile and product aligned environments
