Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) $10K SIGN ON BONUS

As a BCBA at Centria, you will provide critical clinical oversight to your clientele, develop child-specific behavior plans, and engage in parent involvement to enhance therapy outcomes. Training and managing a team of Behavior Technicians to ensure compliance and optimal client outcomes will be a key part of your role. You’ll also coordinate job expectations and monitor team performance to maintain the highest clinical standards.

To join Centria as a BCBA, you need at least a Master’s degree from an accredited university, completion of a supervision course, and BCBA certification in good standing. Additionally, having at least one year of experience working with children and those with autism spectrum disorders is required. Previous supervision experience and crisis management skills are preferred.

Centria offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 for BCBAs, plus the potential for bonuses based on clinical billable hours and various performance metrics. As a BCBA at Centria, your work environment will vary based on client needs and can include the client's home, a company facility, or in the community. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, allowing some flexibility. You'll typically work after school hours to accommodate clients' schedules, providing a supportive yet dynamic work setting.
