Lead a team dedicated to enhancing financial literacy and economic stability for Afghan refugee populations. We’re looking for an experienced City Director to manage program implementation and community engagement.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for City Director (Project Manager): $125,000.00 

Pay commensurate with experience.

Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided.  Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

 

City Director (Project Manager) Responsibilities Include: 

  • Oversee program services and implementation.
  • Manage a diverse team of professionals.
  • Engage with the community to promote financial literacy.
  • Organize events and initiatives to support program goals.
  • Evaluate program outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
