Chewy Health is on a multi-year journey to build a set of new pet parent and veterinarian facing services, delivered via our Practice Hub platform, making it easier to keep pets of all shapes and sizes, leading healthy, happy lives!
As part of this mission, Chewy Health is currently seeking an expert Territory Business Associate (TBA) in our Chewy Healthcare Services organization. The TBA will lead a portfolio of veterinary clinics in predefined territory owning customer relationship through the clinic lifecycle stages on Practice Hub software, our new online platform to streamline the prescription process and meet pet parents where they already shop today. The start of clinic journey is through enrollment on the accurate program on Practice Hub and work as a trusted advisor to practices, driving ongoing engagement to help veterinary clinics save time and grow revenue.
This role requires in-person engagement with customers in an assigned geographic territory, with responsibility for driving adoption of Practice Hub, our online platform, to streamline the prescription process and meet pet parents where they already shop today!
