About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Renewals Operations Specialist to oversee the contract renewal process within a designated territory. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the timely and accurate renewal of contracts, aligning with company policies and customer expectations. This position requires close collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and other internal teams to identify opportunities and mitigate risks across accounts.

Become a key player at Contentsquare as a Renewal Operations Specialist, based in the vibrant Paris Area, France! In this role, you will own the entire contract renewal process, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
