Your interactions with various stakeholders - from developers and brokers to engineers and local project managers - will be crucial in communicating the terms of potential land deals. You’ll also have the chance to proactively network and maintain a strong presence in the home building industry. Your day will include evaluating how new opportunities align with our strategic goals and collaborating closely with legal and land teams to finalize contracts. If you have 2-4 years of experience in land management with a network already established in the Charlotte area, you could be the perfect fit for us.
