We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Product Manager to serve as the primary product liaison for enterprise clients. This role is ideal for a client-first problem solver who thrives at the intersection of AdTech, identity resolution, and large-scale data solutions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping product offerings by translating client needs into scalable, high-impact solutions.
Act as the primary product contact for key enterprise accounts, leading product discussions and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Lead sales cycle for technical sales opportunities.
Manage joint partnership deals.
Translate complex client challenges into scalable, data-driven product solutions, partnering with commercial teams to align with the product roadmap.
Lead technical scoping, define product requirements, and develop identity and audience solutions to enhance data interoperability and activation.
Work closely with engineering and data teams to refine identity graphs, optimize data linkages, and improve AdTech platform integrations.
Advise on API integrations, data workflows, and best practices for maximizing the value of identity data.
Maintain structured documentation on client requirements, SOPs, product decisions, and integration workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies, integration challenges, and ensure seamless product adoption.
5-8+ years of experience in technical client-facing roles (e.g., Technical Account Management, Solutions Consulting, Product Management) within AdTech, MarTech, or data-driven companies.
Deep expertise in identity graphs, deterministic/probabilistic matching, and data linkage methodologies.
Experience with large-scale consumer data sets and cloud-based identity resolution technologies.
Strong technical proficiency in APIs, data models, and system architectures.
Proven ability to lead client-facing technical discussions and translate business challenges into product solutions.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess trade-offs and drive scalable solutions.
Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, engineering, and data science teams.
Outstanding communication skills – able to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience as Technical Account Manager.
Consulting experience (Strategy or GSI consulting preferred).
Certified Scrum Master or Product Owner.
Experience with SaaS and AI-driven products.
Previous experience supporting data privacy, identity management, and omni-channel personalization for key partners and clients.
