Role Overview

As a  Product Growth Lead - Financial Solutions, you’ll report to the Head of Product Marketing and work closely with our Marketing & Growth functions (performance, brand, CRM), Product and Data teams. Your role will focus on successfully launching new product features and scaling Satispay’s product across markets to drive user adoption and engagement. 

Your mission:

  • Develop product marketing plans. Lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies to drive Financial product launches, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and user needs.

  • Test systematically new channels to maximise acquisition and engagement

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration. Coordinate with Product, CRM, and Creative teams to align on go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging for effective launch campaigns.

  • Drive continuous improvement. Continually assess program effectiveness, employing industry best practices and seeking opportunities for improvement.

Your ideal profile:

  • 8+ years of marketing experience, with experience in people management

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Growth mindset and hungry for reaching goals - a previous experience in a fast-paced or Tech company is a plus

  • Data-driven marketer with deep understanding of digital marketing (paid and social media), media, CRM, affiliation

  • Able to prioritise and make decisions under resource constraints in a changing environment, anticipating future needs

  • Innovative thinker, with a track record for translating strategic thinking into action plans and output

  • Passion for personal finance and investment products. You have a strong interest in personal finance and investment products, and you stay informed about the latest trends to develop relevant and impactful strategies.

  • Language proficiency. Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
