Job Type:              Full Time 

Duties: Responsible Optimize the flow of work across multiple agile teams throughout the product development lifecycle. Motivates and enables others to take accountability to streamline product delivery process, efficiently manage large and complex products launches across multiple teams. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or Agile Program-related occupation. 

Position required skills: Position requires experience in the following: utilizing knowledge of SAFe and Lean principles; demonstrating understanding of Agile ceremonies and scrum team structure; working with Jira software; performing pipeline development along with automation, and assisting with testing strategies and continuous improvement; and supporting and coaching engineers on modern practices.

Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program 

Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $142,648 to $153,400. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.  Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
