JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing stock levels, and ensuring
efficient material flow across subassemblies, spare parts, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods. This role
collaborates with procurement, supply chain, and operations teams to balance supply and demand while driving
process improvements. The Inventory Specialist reports to the Plant Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The essential functions (i.e., key responsibilities with expected end results) which must be accomplished to fulfill
the purpose of the position includes but is not limited to:
Inventory Control & Accuracy
· Conducts inventory audits, cycle counts, and investigates discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
· Analyzes inventory levels, usage trends, and demand forecasting for subassemblies, spare parts, WIP, and
finished goods.
· Ensures compliance with inventory control policies and procedures.
Process Optimization & Waste Reduction
· Develops and improves inventory management processes to reduce waste and optimize stock levels.
· Identifies inefficiencies in stock movement and implements corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency.
· Works with procurement and supply chain teams to balance supply and demand, preventing stock shortages
or overages.
Material Management & Collaboration
· Ensures timely receiving, storage, and issuance of materials to support production and operations.
· Coordinates with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to maintain accurate inventory records.
· Provides reports and insights on inventory trends, slow-moving items, and replenishment needs.

This is a full-time position, with a standard work schedule of Monday through Friday. However, evening and weekend work may be necessary based on job demands.
