The General Manager is responsible for overall safety and compliance with state and federal permits for the facility as well operational and financial results of the location. In conjunction with sales, customer service, accounting, environmental, health, and safety groups, to ensure that all regulatory compliance and safety issues are addressed. Ensure that the location meets or exceeds its goals as it pertains to regulatory compliance, yearly budget goals, revenue growth, EBITDA growth, account retention, safety, and continuous improvement. Utilizing their strong leadership skills, the General Manager will ensure the operations team and support staff properly handle and treat all waste streams in compliance with Clean Earth’s policy and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
