Fengate is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Real Estate financial reporting team. Reporting to the Manager of Finance, the successful candidate will work closely with others in the financial reporting team as well as with wider groups of the Real Estate business segment including Development, Investment and FP&A teams. The successful candidate will lead and support the financial reporting process for a variety of funds and projects focused on residential and commercial development.

Fengate is on the lookout for a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our Real Estate financial reporting team. As a core member of our department, reporting directly to the Manager of Finance, you will immerse yourself in the dynamic world of residential and commercial development projects. Your role will involve leading the financial reporting process, which means preparing and reviewing quarterly and annual financial statements while ensuring compliance with complex note disclosures. You'll manage the books and records for various funds and partnerships, keeping a close eye on capital subscriptions, debt facilities, and cash flows. Collaborating with our Development, Investment, and FP&A teams, you'll not only foster strong working relationships but actively participate in refining our financial processes. Your expertise will shine as you help navigate through day-to-day finance operations including capital call notices and vendor payments. With a keen understanding of cash sources and uses, you'll provide crucial insights that influence our reporting and impact our investors.
