The ideal candidate is a performance-based growth strategist who is adept at full-funnel, fully integrated planning, and can support the execution and optimization of new customer acquisition. They will lead strategic projects and implement our go-to-market plans through collaboration with content, product, member communications, and the data analysis teams. To be successful in this role, you must have a hybrid of skillsets, which include content marketing, performance marketing, earned media, email marketing, data analysis, and the ability to lead, develop and grow a high-performing team.At Igniton, soft skills are key to success. If this sounds like you, you’ll thrive in our dynamic environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, lead, and be accountable for Igniton’s go-to-market near and long-term growth plans, maximizing revenue growth.Identify core audience opportunities to engage in the most efficient growth channels and tactics to deliver revenue growth.Set the direction and work as part of a cross-functional team to drive metrics at every stage of the marketing funnel.Translate marketing strategy to create high-performing creative assets.Coordinate with internal teams to continuously analyze behavior to iterate on go-to-market plans.Knowledge of the e-commerce: identify new opportunities to differentiate, create customer value and win market share through understanding the competitive environment.Oversee marketing budget and campaign spend.Bring an innovative, positive, entrepreneurial and creative energy to the role with a focus on continuous improvement and revenue growth.Partner with international teams to ensure marketing campaigns are relevant to a global customer and customized for local and regional country nuances.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all touchpoints, projects and work streams are aligned.Qualifications15+ years of marketing experience in supplements and media business.Experience with DTC and practitioner distribution channels.Creativity to approach marketing solutions.Proven ability to build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams.Proven ability to innovate and improve throughout marketing campaign management including planning/testing, creative development and ongoing optimization.Understanding of the changing landscape of supplements industry.Hands-on experience with end-to-end marketing project planning, scaling campaigns and a strong knowledge of digital platforms and marketing standard methodologies.Experience in Brand logo and packaging design to ensure cohesive and compelling visual identity.Ability to juggle projects and deadlines, prioritizing the most important work.Strong familiarity/affinity for Gaia’s content is a prerequisite to applying.Membership in Gaia is strongly preferred.Must be able to work full time in our office in Louisville, Colorado.U.S. citizenship or an existing work visa is required.CompensationRange:$250000 - $285000 (USD)#J-18808-Ljbffr
