Location: London, UK (Hybrid)

Type: Fixed term - one year (Ideal start date is late May, early June)


Who You Are:

As a Creator Support Representative for Getty Images, you will be primarily responsible for assisting our signed creators by answering their questions on contracts, submission of imagery and portfolios, building and maintaining relationships. You’ll work in tandem with the global and regional content teams to deliver high quality, consistent, and timely service to our Creators via our ticketing system, focusing on Europe and the Middle East when needed.

Your Next Challenge:
  • Provide support to creators in a timely manner
  • Communicate issues as they arise and provide solutions to problems
  • Collaborate with other departments and team members as required
  • Investigate creator submission policy breaches
  • Stay informed about products and processes
  • Help streamline processes and increase efficiency
  • Support the management of events, workshops and on-line activities
  • Provide admin and data management support for special projects
  • Process or update agreements/contracts
  • Other duties as they arise

  • Customer Service and/or call center experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated social and emotional intelligence

  • Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision

Nice to Have
  • Relevant experience in a creative licensing business or the creative industries
  • Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage; knowledge of other non-English European languages is preferred 
  • Familiarity with the Middle East region and its customs is beneficial 
  • Willingness to travel to the Middle East in person if required
