Creator Support Representative
Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
Type: Fixed term - one year (Ideal start date is late May, early June)
Who You Are:
As a Creator Support Representative for Getty Images, you will be primarily responsible for assisting our signed creators by answering their questions on contracts, submission of imagery and portfolios, building and maintaining relationships. You’ll work in tandem with the global and regional content teams to deliver high quality, consistent, and timely service to our Creators via our ticketing system, focusing on Europe and the Middle East when needed.
