Position Overview:

We are expanding our network of licensed providers in California. We seek a skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team and make a meaningful impact. Our team of licensed professionals offers personalized therapeutic services to support emotional well-being and foster stronger relationships.

 Job Duties:

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
  • Assess clients’ family dynamics, relationship patterns, and past trauma to inform treatment planning
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual, couple, or family needs
  • Provide immediate crisis support and coordinate with local crisis services if necessary
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
  • Educate clients and families on communication strategies, boundary setting, and behavioral techniques to improve daily functioning
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases and collaborate on care
  • Active LMFT license in California (BBS-Approved)
  • 1+ year experience in couples/marriage counseling
  • Telehealth experience preferred, but training provided
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to respond calmly and effectively in crisis situations
  • Flexibility in working with a wide range of client issues, including mental health disorders, relationship issues, and family dynamics
