In this role, you will create individualized treatment plans focused on each client's unique needs, provide immediate crisis support when necessary, and engage in constructive multidisciplinary team discussions. Ideal candidates will have an active LMFT license in California, along with at least a year of experience in couples or marriage counseling. While telehealth experience is preferred, we offer training to ensure you feel confident in this setting. We value strong communication, organization, and crisis management skills.
