Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
  • Monitor progress throughout the treatment plan
  • Collaborate on intervention plans with other mental health specialists, doctors, nurses, and social workers
  • Follow up with psychiatrists and attending physicians for clients admitted to the hospital
  • Identify and prevent behaviors that impede recovery
  • Assist family members and primary caregivers in managing mental behavioral challenges

  • Valid license without current, past, or pending disciplinary action (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)
  • Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling is required
  • Experience with telehealth or virtual counseling services
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a Mental Health Therapists
  • Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse utilization review process preferred
  • Comfortable working with various virtual communication tools and platforms
