At Grab, we create solutions for our partners and merchants. We are a diverse group of individuals who work together to empower merchants and achieve their growth. You will have a good chance to work with many partners to make revenue for merchants.

Get to Know the Role

The team plays a crucial role in driving business growth through multiple responsibilities, including:

  1. Grow New Accounts: Build, strategic partnerships with Dine-out merchants, providing operational support and tailored solutions to maximize GMV.
  2. Strategic Planning with Top Partners: Collaborate with Grab teams, such as Transport and Food, to implement impactful projects that achieve our goals and foster long-term partnerships.
  3. Building Ad-hoc Projects: Lead new projects or workstreams aligned with company strategy to support sustainable growth.

You will report to the Payment & Rewards Acceptance Manager.

You will work onsite at Ho Chi Minh City.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Increase acquisition of new Dine-out merchants through cold-calling, direct outreach, and targeted approaches.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with Top/Incubation merchants, ensuring sustainable business growth
  • Collaborate with other tasks within Country Commercial, Marketing team, and IMS to develop partner pipeline and execution plan for business projects.
  • Oversee business operations for Dine-out and OneGrab projects, ensuring efficient task completion.
  • Monitor and keep track of assigned projects, ensuring execution is aligned with BD department goals.
  • Report on projects to support decision-making and growth projects.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, bookings, and coordination for our needs.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in account management, business development, partnerships, or equivalent role
  • Experienced in handling Main Accounts and Strategic Partnerships
  • Manage conversations with senior partners
  • The ability to provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs
  • Demonstrated across internal and external organizations
  • Have a competitive edge and succeed in a team environment
  • Comfortable with managing data and able to perform analysis (e.g. to solve business problems)
