SVP, Brand Marketing & Communications

Position: SVP, Brand Marketing & Communications

Location: West Hollywood, CA

Responsibilities: Responsible for building, innovating, and scaling GRINDR’s current
marketing channels, including paid marketing, store optimization
programming, and search engine optimization. Collaborate with the Chief
Executive Officer and other members of the executive team to set a strategic
direction for GRINDR’s brand vision and develop ideas for how GRINDR
can better connect with its users. Capture user analytics and data to analyze
user demographics and inform program growth. Undertake hiring and
developing marketing talent to support GRINDR’s marketing efforts.
Perform a key and critical role in the overall marketing and sales of
GRINDR’s products, and in the success of the company as a whole. Position
will be headquartered in West Hollywood, CA but is a telecommuting
position, allowing for remote employment from various unanticipated
worksites throughout the United States.

Educ./experience: This position requires four (4) years of experience in Brand Marketing.
Experience must include brand marketing strategy; crisis communications;
integrated marketing campaign creation and delivery; consumer PR
campaign inception and delivery; social media campaign creation;
influencer marketing; and campaign measurement and evaluation; building,
scaling, and managing a high performing marketing function and team.
Position will be headquartered in West Hollywood, CA but is a
telecommuting position, allowing for remote employment from various
unanticipated worksites throughout the United States.
