At Heartstrings Pet Hospice, we are seeking a dedicated Part Time Veterinarian to join our team in the Greater Sioux Falls Area. If you're tired of the typical clinic grind and want to get back to the heart of veterinary care, this position might be just what you're looking for! Imagine working with pets in a loving home environment, helping them and their families through some of life's most challenging moments. You’ll provide in-home euthanasia and hospice care, guiding families with compassion and empathy. Instead of feeling rushed, you’ll enjoy longer appointment times and the chance to build meaningful relationships with both pets and their owners. Our veterinarians work 2-5 days per week, typically between 9 am and 5 pm, allowing for a true work-life balance. Plus, you’ll benefit from the support of a close-knit team that understands the unique demands of your role. The job includes providing palliative care and fostering bonds with local veterinary clinics, ensuring pets receive the best care possible.
