About the Role
The Director of Clinical Quality will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and execution of clinical programs across Equip’s Care Delivery function. This role will oversee the operationalization of protocol adherence, including driving meaningful data reporting and monitoring. This position will also identify gaps in protocol adherence and lead cross functional efforts to investigate and generate solutions for improving adherence metrics, ensuring that Equip always delivers the highest quality care. The Director of Clinical Quality is a strategic thinker and hands-on leader with a passion for effective implementation of evidence based treatment, continuous improvement, and organizational success.
Responsibilities
Oversee the successful implementation and operationalization of clinical protocols across all relevant departments and stakeholders.
Own clinical quality improvement processes to ensure that existing protocols are consistently maintained and integrated into daily operations.
Collaborate closely with Equip’s Data & Insights team to establish metrics and dashboards to track clinical quality and adherence metrics and translate data into actionable insights to drive operational improvements.
Lead initiatives to address non-compliance and improve protocol adherence.
Ensure alignment between clinical quality improvement processes/initiatives and broader organizational objectives.
Collaborate with team members from Program Development, Clinical Training, Care Delivery, and Care Experience to disseminate, evaluate, and iterate on programs and protocols.
Contribute to long-term strategic planning for clinical quality metrics and protocol management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field such as clinical psychology, nursing, or social work.
5+ years of experience in program development, program management, or operations.
3+ years of management or leadership experience.
Proven experience successfully implementing complex programs and leading cross-functional initiatives.
Strong analytical and data management skills with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment, including the strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people, and projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the proven ability to build successful and effective relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization, including the ability to promote ideas persuasively and effectively, win buy-in for initiatives, and ensure alignment for high-impact execution.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, subject to rapid change and innovation.
