Who You Are:
The Sr. Project Manager, Revenue Operations, will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing complex systems implementation and business intelligence (BI) projects within the Revenue Operations department. This role will work cross-functionally with internal team members as well as stakeholders across Affiliates, Marketing, Customer Service, Support, Finance, and Product teams to ensure successful project outcomes, alignment with business goals, and on-time delivery. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented leader with excellent communication skills, capable of driving strategic outcomes, managing cross-functional alignment, and mitigating risks across complex initiatives.This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a proven track record in managing large-scale implementations and BI projects. Proven ability to engage with senior leadership (Directors, VPs, and C-level executives) to align project goals with broader business objectives.
