Front Desk Receptionist (Care Team Assistant - Hybrid)

Imagine Pediatrics is an innovative, tech-enabled pediatrician-led medical group dedicated to providing 24/7 care for children with special health care needs. They are looking for a Care Team Assistant who will support both clinical and clerical tasks in a compassionate and evidence-based environment.

Responsibilities

  • Accept incoming calls and triage inquiries
  • Place calls regarding lab results and delivery to patients
  • Ensure pre-visit preparations are completed
  • Contact patients at risk of 'no-show' prior to appointments
  • Assist care team in completing necessary documentation
  • Manage sensitive patient information securely

Education
