Job Description

This position is onsite and is based in our Bloomington, Indiana office. We expect 20-25 hours per week on a consistent schedule, with morning shifts Monday- Friday preferred. The pay rate for this role is $16- $17 per hour based and is commensurate with experience. This position is for at least one year, with the potential to extend the assignment based on business need.

The IU Foundation’s Advancement Data Services Team is seeking a detail- oriented individual to complete data reconciliation on donor and alumni records, ensuring data integrity and quality.

This individual will address and resolve issues with data accuracy by proactively identifying and resolving problems with existing data; attentively adding submitted content to the database while adhering to established policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong business fundamentals, experience in data entry and data clean-up, a working understanding of or experience with SQL, be proficient in Microsoft Excel skills, and will also have experience with mail merge.
