The PR Product Handover Specialist will help ensure smooth/effective vehicle handoffs to media, will train internal and external personnel in INEOS Automotive products, and will lead ‘train the trainer’ sessions for partners and dealers across the Americas region to ensure the brand and our vehicles are accurately represented.

The role:

  • Responsible for all PR/Media handoffs in the Americas region. ‘White glove’ media vehicle loans and coaches/trains media in key feature operation to ensure best possible coverage
  • Ensures relevant fleet vehicles are correctly built, available in appropriate markets and manages vehicle specs and logistics
  • Lead Product Trainer in Americas region, supports training for new retail personnel at dealer partners
  • Acts as Event Product Specialist at regional events
  • Develops new Product Training curriculum & materials annually with Global Retail Marketing team
  • Works with Aftersales & CX teams to clarify & develop technical communications internally & externally
  • Plans, develops and reviews with the Director annual training plans.  Once approved, responsible for executing and reporting back on results of each plan, quarterly
  • Assess current handover/vehicle management processes and make recommendations for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Experienced in vehicles, off-road driving, and product training
  • Significant background in automotive engineering, repair, driving and vehicle systems & operation
  • Experience in a Product related role
  • People centric – used to dealing with customers/VIP’s/senior stakeholders as their day to day
  • Frequent travel required with Americas region
