The internship program dates are June 2nd- August 8th 2025. This is a full time internship for the summer with a pay of $20/hour. It is a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote IF you reside within 50 miles of one of our offices.
The Account Manager intern will possess previous experience in a customer service related role focused on phone skills, customer relationship management, and multi-tasking. Familiarity and/or hands on experience with customer service platforms, managing and resolving tickets is critical to this internship.
The Intern will have exposure to assigned department operations, policies and procedures and will be assisting/providing support to the assigned department thus contributing to the departmental goals. As a Technical Intern, you will be assigned to projects and tasks that will enhance your educational experience through practical, on-the-job learning, assignments, and projects.
