Job Description:
Under the direction of the Capital Portfolio Manager, this position ensures that the day to day operational and managerial needs of planning / design / construction for care sites are completed on time, within budget, and comply with system design guidelines and construction standards. This position is responsible and accountable to provide leadership, management, schedule, and budgetary controls on assigned projects. The position provides assistance to Pillar Operations including Hospital Administrators, Hospital Facility Engineers, Medical Group Operations Directors, and other Intermountain Health personnel undertaking building construction activity. This position interfaces with outside Architects, Engineers, Contractors, State Departments, Building Officials, Vendors, etc. as a representative of Intermountain Health.This is a temporary Capital Project Manager position.
