Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple interconnected projects within the program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

• Utilize BI tools and techniques to analyze program performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

• Implement and oversee project control systems to monitor progress, manage changes, and ensure timely delivery of program milestones.

• Create and present regular reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting program status, risks, and key performance indicators.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.

• Manage updates to project management tools (Adaptive Work, Ingenious, Tririga)

• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program success.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices in program management and BI.

• Mentor and develop team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill enhancement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

• 7+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on BI and project controls.

• Strong proficiency in BI tools and technologies (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView).

• Extensive experience with project control methodologies and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.

• Experience in Agile and traditional project management methodologies.

• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical techniques.
