We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Program Lead to join our team. This critical role will oversee the execution of high-value retail projects for a large Financial Services client, ensuring seamless program delivery across multiple regions.  This role will be responsible for establishing and strengthening robust client partnerships by consistently delivering exceptional service, proactively addressing needs, and fostering open communication to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·        Serve as the primary liaison between retail client, client real estate team and JLL's account leadership teams, fostering strong relationships and facilitating effective communication.

·        Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving requirements, provide strategic insights, and identify opportunities for additional value creation, ultimately driving mutual growth and success.

·        Support the execution of approximately 450 projects valuing $250M annually.

·        Provide strategic leadership and direct oversight for a team of five program leads, while indirectly managing an extensive execution team of sixty-five region/team leads and project managers.

·        Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to align program objectives with overall business goals and strategies.

·        Ensure efficient program delivery and optimal resource allocation across multiple regions, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.

·        Drive organizational and process improvements for key programs, including New Financial Centers, Renovations (interior/exterior), and ATMs, including Site Acquisition.

·        Oversee program delivery, conducting risk assessments, execution reporting, developing playbooks, process mapping, managing change, resource modeling, and providing executive reporting.

 

Qualifications:

·        Proven experience in retail program management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector

·        Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate large, diverse teams.

·        Excellent communication and people skills

·        Experience working on large national real estate portfolios/programs.

·        Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies

·        Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

·        Experience in process improvement and change management.

·        Proven success in gaining credibility and building trust with client.

·        Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field; MBA or PMP certification is a plus.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

182,000.00 – 250,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
