Senior Director of CSR

Our client is seeking a passionate and strategic Senior Director of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to lead their CSR initiatives and drive impactful social change. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement comprehensive CSR strategies that align with the company’s values and enhance its social and environmental impact. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee the company’s CSR strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify key social and environmental issues relevant to the company.
  • Lead the development and execution of community engagement programs that create positive social change.
  • Monitor and report on CSR initiatives' progress and impact, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CSR principles into business operations and culture.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively for CSR programs and initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events and public forums, advocating for CSR initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Sciences, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate social responsibility, sustainability, or related fields, with proven leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of social impact metrics and the ability to analyze and report on CSR performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging stakeholders across various levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful CSR programs and initiatives.
  • Passion for social responsibility and sustainability, with a clear understanding of current trends and best practices.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience in corporate communications and public relations is a plus.
