Summer Works Staff (Clinical Trials Unit)

Overview

The Summer Works Staff will work in various departments in the Institute contributing to business operations in a courteous, professional, and responsible manner. Responsibilities may include administrative support, facilities support, research support, educational support and/or patient care aide dependent on the department in which the individual is working.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with reviewing, organizing, and scanning study records and preparing them for storage.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and organization of departmental documents for the Clinical Trials Unit.
  • Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Provide administrative support for special projects and events as needed.
  • Shadow clinical research activities and gain insights into the clinical trial process.
  • Qualifications

    EDUCATION:

    • Individual must be currently enrolled in a current college undergraduate student program.
