With a focus on Private Duty Nursing, Strive employs Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses to work one on one with patients of all ages and medical needs. Whether you are looking for a change from the overwhelming pace of your current hospital or clinic position, or just desire to supplement your current income with a few shifts per month- Strive looks forward to working for you. *SIGN ON BONUS Eligibility: *The Sign On Bonus is available to RNs and LVNs for _specific patient assignments, primarily NIGHT shifts and WEEKEND shifts. _RN / LVN will receive $500 for every 250 hours worked with the qualifying patient, up to a Bonus maximum of $2,500. RN / LVN skills and availability must align with the patient assignment to be considered. RN / LVN must be active and free of any disciplinary or performance concerns at the time of bonus payout. *QUALIFICATIONS*

  • *Licensed in the state of Texas or qualifying Compact state as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse.*
  • Registered Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse must have reliable transportation; *must be able to reliably commute.*
  • Registered Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse with experience preferred but not required- tube feedings, Trach care, Ventilator management. Hands on training provided for complex diagnosis and equipment management.
  • Previous Private Duty Nursing, NICU, PICU experience with exposure to complex, Tracheostomy or Ventilator patients is a plus.
  • Registered Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse must successfully pass state required background screening.
  • Registered Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse must successfully pass drug screening.
  • Registered Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse must have effective communication skills.
  • Demonstrates commitment to professional growth.

  • $35-40 per hour
