Lead the marketing charge at a company paving the way for how innovative creatives and brands bring their visions to life.
As our inaugural marketing lead, you’ll shape how the world perceives our platform. From articulating our brand and product marketing to driving content strategy and community engagement, you’ll own it all—and execute it yourself alongside our creative and partnership leads.
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across all touchpoints. Transform technical features into dynamic, visionary messages and experiences our audience craves.
Craft welcoming, helpful product marketing content that empowers our customer base to do what they love.
Work with internal creative and partnership teams to ensure brand visuals and copy align with our target audience and brand voice.
Establish and manage key metrics that drive our growth and turn insights into actionable optimizations.
Oversee the creation and scheduling of social posts; engage with our community; test and iterate on new channels our audience loves
Implement automated systems that support our rapidly growing customer base and need approaches that scale with us.
Rapidly test new tactics—from collaborations to referral programs—and scale what works.
You have 3–5 Years of Experience in Product Marketing with a proven track record of driving growth, ideally within a software startup or fast-paced environment.
Hands-On Social & Email Expertise: You’ve executed successful campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and/or email platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.).
Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills; comfortable with key performance metrics and using data to guide decisions.
Creative Collaboration: Experience working with designers, copywriters, or creative teams to produce marketing collateral. You know how to give clear briefs and actionable feedback.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns at once, meet deadlines, and pivot quickly when needed.
Excellent Communication: Strong writing and verbal skills. You can deliver concise reports and clear creative feedback.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Thrives in a scrappy environment, takes ownership, and can navigate ambiguity.
Product Marketing Background in consumer-facing, e-commerce, and/or social commerce platforms.
Experience transforming technical features into dynamic content.
Proficiency in basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) for quick-turn edits.
Proficiency with AI tools that drive automation and personalization.
