KOSTAL Industrie Elektrik GmbH develops and produces, among others, frequency converters for industrial electric motors, industrial controls, inverters for the photovoltaic sector as well as charging electronics and charging solutions for electromobility.

As part of our growth strategy, we are building a new manufacturing site with a higher production capacity for PCB assembly. This site will also be used for the final assembly of sustainable products for charging systems. This site focuses on efficient energy generation, use and storage to grow our business and promote the development of lower-impact, environmentally friendly and sustainable technologies.

Job Description

  • Cost calculation of the goods sold within the preparation of the budget and forecasts.
  • Deviations analysis of actual costs from the planned ones, determination of the main factors of deviations.
  • Actual cost calculation of raw materials and products within the closing month / year (using the Material Ledger module in SAP).
  • Participation in the preparation of a management reporting package for the head office.
  • Cost calculation for new products.
  • Calculation of selling prices.
  • Preparation of information at the request of auditors during the financial audit.
  • Support for project teams in terms of costing.
  • Calculations / Evaluation of the feasibility of implementing different types of technologies and production concepts.
  • Month end closing procedure in controlling.
  • Preparation of responses to inquiries from other divisions and the parent Company.

Qualifications

  • At least Bachelor's, better Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
  • Min. 2 years in a similar position in international companies.
  • Good knowledge of financial standards and controlling tools.
  • Highly developed analytical skills and attentiveness to details.
  • Goal-oriented work attitude.
  • Good communication skills including argumentation and moderating skills.
  • Cooperative attitute and team player.
  • Ability to manage own time and set priorities.
  • Ability to learn quickly. Proactive position.
  • English - min. B2
  • Advanced MS Office skills are required (especially Excel & Power Point)
