Resident Care Associate (HHA/CNA)

As a Resident Care Associate (HHA/CNA) at Rose Senior Living, your primary responsibilities include assisting residents with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and maintaining their overall well-being. You will assist with meal times by cutting food and encouraging residents to eat. Additionally, documenting care assignments and communicating effectively with residents, families, and other team members will be crucial parts of your daily routine.

To qualify for the Resident Care Associate (HHA/CNA) position at Rose Senior Living, you'll need a high school diploma or a general education degree (GED). Ideally, you should also have at least one year of experience working in a similar role, such as CNA, PCA, HHA, or RA, which will prepare you for the compassionate care you’ll provide.

Rose Senior Living offers a flexible schedule for our Resident Care Associates (HHA/CNA), including day, evening, and night shifts. Day shifts are typically from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, evening shifts from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, and night shifts from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am. Evening and night shifts come with additional pay differentials!
