Located in the heart of Chippewa, Wisconsin, this role is perfect for those passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism. As a Behavior Technician, you’ll engage in play-based therapy known as applied behavior analysis (ABA), helping children aged 18 months to 6 years develop essential communication, socialization, and self-help skills. We’re looking for energetic and compassionate individuals to join our team. With a starting pay of $16/hr, you’ll receive hands-on training and the chance to build a fulfilling career in the field of behavioral health. Not only do you get to make positive changes in the children you work with, but we also offer opportunities for professional growth, with the potential for promotion in just three months after demonstrating your skills. Our part-time positions require reliable transportation and a flexible schedule from 7 AM to 8 PM, Monday through Friday, as well as weekends. At WEAP, we believe in supporting our staff, offering up to 15 days of paid time off for full-time employees and sick leave for part-time staff.
